Red Date Multigrain Cake

Put one-third each of corn flour, wheat flour, and millet flour, 1 sachet of milk powder, into a large bowl, and mix well.

Wash the dried red dates, remove the pits and chop them, and put them in flour.

Slowly add water and stir to form a batter. The water should be less so that it can basically be stirred.
4.
Brush the pan with oil, put the batter into the pan with a spoon, and spread it out into a small circle.
5.
Turn it over in two or three minutes, and eat it hot or cold.
