Red Date Soy Milk

Prepare ingredients;

Wash the soybeans and soak them in clean water for 3 hours;

The soaked soybeans are very plump;

Add a spoonful of soy beans with water and red dates into the juice maker;

Open the juice valve to let the soy milk flow out, and then continue to grind until all the soybeans are ground;

Pour the raw soy milk into the pot;

Slowly simmer on low heat, stirring several times with a spoon in the middle to avoid burning the bottom;

The boiled soy milk can be consumed directly.
Tips:
1. Do not soak soybeans for too long, not more than 4 hours;
2. Since Hetian jujube is added, the taste is slightly sweet, so it is not recommended to add sugar.
