Wash the winter melon without peeling and cutting into pieces, add rock sugar, brown sugar, red dates, mix well and marinate for about half an hour

Tips:
1 Winter melon is best to choose white frost on the skin, the older the better! The older the smell, the more perfume it will be.
2 The ratio of sugar can be added arbitrarily. Anyway, when the cooking is thicker, add more water and less juice~
3 While simmering slowly, take a look at the doubling time. Everyone buys winter melon. The water content is different, so donβt paste the pot.
