Red Dates Stuffed Yam

1. Soak the jujube with warm water to soften it;

2. Use a knife to dig out the jujube nucleus, being careful not to cut it;

3. Soak the pitted red dates again in warm water for more than 20 minutes.

4. Wash the yam, put it in a steamer, steam for about 20 minutes on high heat until cooked;

5. Cut the steamed yam into small pieces about 1.5 cm;
