Red Dates Stuffed Yam

Soak the jujube with warm water to soften it;

Use a knife to dig out the jujube nucleus, being careful not to cut it;

Soak the pitted red dates again in warm water for more than 20 minutes.

Wash the yam, put it in a steamer, steam for about 20 minutes on high heat until cooked;

Cut the steamed yam into small pieces about 1.5 cm;

Soak in cold boiled water for about 5 minutes to remove surface mucus and facilitate the following operations.

Take a piece of Chinese yam and use chopsticks to make a hole in the center, about the size of a jujube;

Use a cutting die of a suitable size to cut off the skin of the yam (just to look good, just tear off the skin of the yam);

Form the shape as shown in the figure;

Wrap the soaked red dates tightly and stuff them into the small hole in the middle of the yam;

Use a knife to cut off the exposed part, don't throw it away, just stick it in your mouth;

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a few drops of white vinegar to warm boiled water to form sugar water. White vinegar is added to prevent the oxidation of yam;

Soak the prepared yam tablets in sugar water for more than 10 minutes;

Fish out and put on a plate;

Juicing fresh oranges;

Add two tablespoons of honey and mix well to form honey juice;

Just pour the honey juice on the yam jujube.
