Red Milk Sago

Prepare materials.

Boil water in a pot with as much water as possible. Add sago, stirring constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.

Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until there is a small white spot in the center of the sago, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Braised until sago is almost transparent.
