Red Pepper Shredded Pork Noodle

Cut red pepper, potatoes and meat into shreds for later use. The shredded meat is delicious with ginger and salt.

Cook the small noodles in the pot and set aside.

After the oil is hot, add shredded pork, potato shreds, and red pepper shreds and stir fry until fragrant.

Pinch out the small noodles, add soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil, mix well and put on a plate.

Pour the fried shredded pork with green pepper on the mixed noodles, and serve with the boiled quail eggs.
