This dish was made when I was watching the late night cafeteria last year. I saw the repost from the kitchen on Weibo and suddenly remembered that I had done it too, so it came up.

Ingredients

Red Sausage (small Octopus Sausage)

1. Cut the sausage into two pieces. Use a knife or scissors to cut the sausage into the shape of an octopus foot.

2. Spread a layer of oil on the pan, pour the sausage and stir fry, and the octopus-shaped feet are all up

3. Fry it until the sausage is red

Tips:

It can be eaten directly or sprinkled with a little black pepper. It is suitable for eating alone or as a bento dish. I bought the Taiwanese sausage from a steak shop online, and it happens to be relatively red in color. If you can buy it in the TV series The little red sausage is even better.
