Hot Dog Sandwich

First put all the ingredients except yeast and butter into the bread bucket and stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder.

Start the bread maker's kneading program, do not cover, knead until the dough is smooth, add softened butter, and continue kneading until the dough is a tough film. It should be noted here that do not cover the lid when kneading the dough because the bread machine will heat up during operation. If the lid is closed, it is easy to increase the temperature of the dough.

Then cover the lid and let the kneaded dough ferment at room temperature in the bread bucket. Because the room temperature is high, the fermentation function of the bread machine is not needed. Ferment the dough to twice its size, dip your fingers into the middle of the dough. If the hole does not rebound or collapse, it means that the fermentation is in place. If the hole rebounds, it needs to continue to ferment. If the hole collapses, it means over-fermentation.

Take out the fermented dough, pat it to exhaust, weigh it, divide it into 8 equal small doses, and roll them round by hand, then cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a small loose dough and press it flat, roll it into a rectangle with a rolling pin.

Turn over to thin the bottom edge.

Roll it up and make it into a cylindrical shape. It must be closed tightly, otherwise it will easily fall apart during fermentation.

Put the hot dog bread dough into the hot dog mold.

In a warm environment with a temperature of 38°C and a humidity of 75%, it will be fermented to twice its size. Press the surface of the bread embryo with your fingers, and it will rebound slowly.

Then brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the surface of the fermented bread embryo.

Then put it in the lower part of the oven preheated to 180 degrees in advance, and bake on the upper and lower fire for 15 minutes. The bread will swell when it is baked, indicating that the dough is in good condition. If it is too fermented, the bread embryo will not expand and shrink when it is baked.

Bake the bread until the surface is golden brown, and place the bread on the grilling net after unmolding. After it is allowed to cool, start making hot dog sandwiches.

Use a bread knife to cut open one side of the bread and spread a layer of French salad dressing on the inside.

Then put in a piece of washed lettuce leaf, put a fried sausage in the middle of the lettuce leaf, put the sliced tomatoes on both sides of the sausage, and squeeze the sweet salad dressing on the surface.

An attractive, delicious and nutritious hot dog sandwich is ready.
Tips:
1. When making noodles, you can leave 20 grams of water, and adjust the amount of water according to the actual situation.
2. Now that the weather is hot, ice milk is suitable for mixing the milk, which can control the temperature of the noodles. If the temperature of the noodles is too high, it will speed up the fermentation speed, thereby affecting the organization of the bread.
3. The baking temperature can only be used as a reference data, please adjust the temperature according to your own oven temperament.
4. Hot dog sandwiches are eaten and made now, not easy to keep for long, otherwise the vegetables will not be fresh.
5. Here I used two salad dressings, one French salad dressing and one ordinary salad dressing. If not, just put one. You can also squeeze the tomato sauce, see what you like.
6. I didn't buy hot dogs, so I used Taiwanese sausage instead.
