Red Wine Chocolate Ice Bullying

After the milk is boiled, add the chocolate and stir until it melts. The melted chocolate does not need to be heated again. If the chocolate does not melt completely, it can be melted in water. If it is melted by heating it on a low heat, be careful not to paste the pan.

Add the red wine (12 degrees) to the chocolate milk and stir evenly

Add the wolfberry wine (42 degrees) to the chocolate milk and stir evenly

Use a food processor to make a paste of the banana and add it to the liquid in the previous step and stir evenly. The paste of chocolate ice cream is ready.

After all the ingredients are added and mixed evenly, put them in the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze for more than 6 hours, see: the frozen ice is basically free of ice ballast.

Take it out of the refrigerator when you eat it, and dig as much as you want. This super simple chocolate ice cream with fruity, red wine, and chocolate aromas can be enjoyed slowly. Tips:
1. Chocolate I chose dark chocolate with 65% cocoa butter content. This chocolate has a bitter taste, but the chocolate tastes very pure. If you like the sweetness, you can replace half of the amount with a slightly sweeter chocolate.
2. There is no sugar added to this ice bully. It relies solely on the sweetness of bananas. The whole is not very sweet, but I personally feel that the sweetness is enough. If you like sweeter, you can add a little sugar.
