Redneck Bean
1.
Wash the soybeans well and soak them in cold water for more than 2 hours. When the soybeans become large and plump, the soybeans are soaked, and they are easier to cook after soaking. If you use a pressure cooker to cook, you don’t need to soak
2.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the soaked soybeans, boil on high heat, and slowly cook until cooked
3.
Remove the cooked soybeans and set aside
4.
Prepare other ingredients, I used spirulina soy sauce this time, personally think seafood soy sauce is better
5.
Add soy sauce to the pot, add the cooked soybeans and sugar to a boil
6.
Simmer slowly, about 20 minutes, and cook until there is no froth.
7.
When it comes out of the pot, I see if I have a particularly appetite. The redneck bean is also a side dish that I often eat at home. It is simple and delicious.
