Reduced Fat Vermicelli Soup

1. Dry the razor clams and simmer them in a pot on low heat for a while until the soup is a bit whitish. During this time, prepare other ingredients.

2. Soak the broccoli in salt water for 5 minutes, then wash it off

3. Sliced ham

4. Prepare the eggs, vermicelli, ham and broccoli

5. Beat the eggs first, then add broccoli and vermicelli. These three are particularly easy to cook. Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence and cook for about 3 minutes.

The soup of dried razor clams is very fresh, so you can put less seasoning
