Refreshing Meatball Soup

Mint leaves from the market.

Pluck the young leaves and wash them several times.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, and boil the meatballs first (the meatballs are made by yourself, please see my homepage-hand-made mushroom meatballs for detailed illustrations).

Add sliced carrots to the boiled meatball soup and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the washed mint leaves, boil and then add the right amount of salt, and then it's ready to be out of the pot.

It is a simple soup recipe suitable for spring regimen, which is fragrant and not greasy.
