Relieving Heat and Sour Plum Soup

Prepare the materials;

Except rock sugar, all materials are washed clean and soaked in water for half an hour;

Add 1500 ml of water to the pot, pour in the soaked ingredients and water together, boil and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat;
4.
Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
Tips:
Try not to buy ebony and hawthorn that are made as snacks in supermarkets. Sometimes the sour plum soup may be blue-black. You can also go to the drugstore to buy materials.
Don't put too much licorice, or it will taste bitter.
