Rhubarb Rice

Add the big yellow rice to the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and wash it repeatedly.

Boil a pot of boiling water, add it to a basin containing rhubarb, soak for more than 2 hours.

During this time, the beans can be cooked, and the kidney beans should be washed and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker, add kidney beans, set the porridge cooking function, and start the switch.

Pour the cooked kidney beans and the soup into the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, and turn to low heat.

Add the soaked large yellow rice, boil it over a medium-low heat, stir with a spatula while cooking, to avoid mashing the pot.

Just cook it to this level.

When out of the pot, the sticky and waxy rhubarb rice is ready.
Tips:
1. Use boiling water for soaking the yellow rice, preferably freshly boiled water, the soaking effect is better.
2. The best soaking time is more than 2 hours, a longer time is better.
