Rice Cake

Wash the big yellow rice and glutinous rice with clean water, and then drain the water and put them on the curtain to dry. I cleaned it at night, and then left it overnight.

Use a wall-breaking machine to beat the yellow rice into powder, and the glutinous rice into powder.

Sift the rhubarb rice, leave the powder in a basin, and mix the remaining part with the glutinous rice.

Spread a basket cloth on the basket and sprinkle with honey beans,

After sieving the rhubarb rice noodles, add a little water and stir evenly with your hands. The amount of water can be made into a mass by holding the rhubarb rice noodles with your hands.

Sprinkle the rhubarb rice noodles on the honey beans, and then spray with water, spray one layer, and so on repeatedly to sprinkle all the rhubarb rice noodles.

Put the glutinous rice flour mixture on the same, and then steam it in the pot. After the steaming, the time is 25 to 30 minutes. After the pot, cut the sticky sugar and taste it.
Tips:
1. If you don't have a wall breaking machine, you can buy rhubarb rice flour and glutinous rice flour directly, and the rice cakes will be more delicate.
2. The steaming time should be based on the thickness of the rice cake. If doubled, the steaming time should be extended appropriately.
