Give the fried rice a different trick, so that the child can fall in love with eating.

Rice "burger"

1. Grilled Floss Leftover Rice

2. Peel and dice carrots

3. Chopped chives

4. Marinated egg slices

5. Add oil to the pot and pour diced carrots

6. Stir-fry until it changes color

7. Add the rice and stir-fry well, stir-fry

8. Season with salt, pour in chopped chives and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, cool slightly and set aside

9. Put on disposable gloves, divide the rice into two portions, each into a thick cake shape (a little tighter)

10. Put a few slices of eggs on one of the rice crackers

11. Add a piece of lettuce

12. Add a few more pieces of eggs

13. Finally, cover with another slice of rice cake and serve with tomato sauce or salad dressing

Tips:

The rice cakes should be tighter to avoid falling apart.
