Rice "burger"

Grilled Floss Leftover Rice

Peel and dice carrots

Chopped chives

Marinated egg slices

Add oil to the pot and pour diced carrots

Stir-fry until it changes color

Add the rice and stir-fry well, stir-fry

Season with salt, pour in chopped chives and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, cool slightly and set aside

Put on disposable gloves, divide the rice into two portions, each into a thick cake shape (a little tighter)

Put a few slices of eggs on one of the rice crackers

Add a piece of lettuce

Add a few more pieces of eggs

Finally, cover with another slice of rice cake and serve with tomato sauce or salad dressing
Tips:
The rice cakes should be tighter to avoid falling apart.
