Brownies always seem to be paired with walnuts, but there are few walnuts in the house, so it doesn't matter if you substitute almonds. After wandering between Junzhi's rich brownie and passionate brownie, I suddenly discovered that the original passion lies in the amount of oil and sugar, and there is not much difference in other materials. This discovery finally fixed his eyes on the rich brownie. "

9. Mix well

10. Pour into the mold

11. Put it in a preheated 190 degree oven, middle level, bake for about 30 minutes

Tips:

Eggs should be put to room temperature before use.

Without a mold like Junzhi, I found this small toast box instead. The height of the box far exceeds the needs; the larger the bottom area, the height of the finished product will be correspondingly smaller. But this height just meets my requirements. Because this is a brownie with ulterior motives.
