Tips:
Eggs should be put to room temperature before use.
Without a mold like Junzhi, I found this small toast box instead. The height of the box far exceeds the needs; the larger the bottom area, the height of the finished product will be correspondingly smaller. But this height just meets my requirements. Because this is a brownie with ulterior motives.
