Roasted Chicken Wing Root
1.
After washing the roots of the chicken wings, pierce countless small eyes with a toothpick (you can also use the tip of a knife to pierce the eyes), then add the Orleans chicken wing marinade, grab it with your hands, and spread the seasoning on every wing root
2.
After mixing evenly, cover with cling film, put in the refrigerator and marinate for 18 to 24 hours
3.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil and place the marinated wing roots
4.
After preheating the oven at 200 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 25 minutes
5.
Take out the baking tray when you bake for 11 minutes, brush each wing root with cooking oil, put it in the oven again and bake it for 14 minutes, and eat it while it's hot after baking.
Tips:
1. The piercings on the wing roots are more delicious
2. When baking, adjust the temperature according to the temperament of your own oven
