Roasted Fresh Lotus Root with Chicken Nuggets

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.

Add oil in a hot pan and add star anise to fragrant.

Stir fry until the chicken fat comes out.

Add soy sauce and stir fry with Meiji fresh and fragrant.

Add green onion, ginger, five-spice powder, stir-fry with water and bring to a boil.
6.
Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
7.
Peel the fresh lotus root, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.
8.
Add the lotus root and stir well.
9.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
Don't blanch the chicken nuggets and fry them directly.
