Yam Reed Chicken

Tips:
The chicken has to be cut into small pieces so that it can be cooked thoroughly. The garlic and the yam are blanched and soaked in cold water, so that it will not oxidize and turn black. When using it, use three yellow chicken, local chicken, and black chicken. They are all delicious
