Roasted Gluten

Use warm water to dissolve the salt, then pour the gluten powder, stir while pouring it, stir it with a spatula at first, and then knead it into a dough with your hands. You don’t need to apply too much force and don’t need to knead it for too long, and then cover it to keep it fresh. Membrane or lid, let it rest and relax for 1 hour,

Take out the awake dough, spread it flat on the cutting board, and divide it into small strips. It does not need to be too long or too thick.

Roll these small strips on the chopsticks. The specific method is to press on one end of the chopsticks, and then wind them in one direction. One chopstick will do. You don’t need to wrap it too tightly.

After everything is wrapped, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot to boil, put the chopsticks and gluten in the pot together, cook for about 20 minutes, the purpose is to cook the gluten, the cooked gluten will expand.

Take out the cooked gluten immediately and put it in cold water to cool it thoroughly, and then take it out to control the moisture.

Then it’s ready to bake. First brush a layer of chili sauce, then sprinkle with barbecue ingredients, put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes, take it out and taste.
Tips:
Using gluten flour to make roasted gluten is really easy. It doesn't need to be kneaded for a long time, it can form a dough, but you must wake up for 1 hour.
