Roasted grass with taro balls is a traditional dessert in Taiwan. It is soft and delicious. It's so expensive to sell outside, so I made it myself. Xiancao uses Guangdong's specialty Xiancao powder. It's pumpkin season, and pumpkin is used for taro balls. (PS: It’s not taro season. Relatively speaking, it’s not that delicious.)"

Tips:

1. The ratio of fairy grass powder to water is very important, which directly affects the taste;
2. When cooking the grass, keep mixing evenly, turn off the heat when boiling and remove the pot;
3. The ratio of taro balls, pumpkin puree, tapioca flour, water, and sugar is very important;
4. The cooked taro balls should be too cold to prevent sticking to the cut.
