Roasted Lamb Cutlets

Cut the lamb into small pieces about 1.5cm square, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and marinate for half an hour

Tips:
The oven time is set according to the performance of your own oven.
If you like to eat more oil, you can brush the oil on the baking tray, and put some chili powder on the baking tray.
When marinating the meat, add a little more salt, and not add salt in the later stage.
