Roasted Oranges

First soak oranges in warm water of about 50° to remove residual pesticides

Use a kitchen paper towel to dry the surface of the orange

Poke a small hole in the bottom of the orange with chopsticks and add two drops of tea seed oil, because the tea seed oil will increase the vitamins in the orange with the pulp during the roasting process

Wrap the oranges in tin foil, with the opening of the oranges facing up to avoid oil leakage, and put them in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
