Roasted Quinoa Rice Cake
1.
Cook the quinoa ahead of time. Prepare a cooking pot and beat 2 eggs. Pour in the sugar and stir to melt.
2.
Then pour in corn oil and milk and stir well to emulsify.
3.
Sift in glutinous rice flour and baking powder, and stir evenly with the liquid, without dry powder or particles.
4.
Finally, pour the cooked quinoa in the mixed glutinous rice flour batter and mix well.
5.
Prepare a non-stick mold that learns to cook, pour the mixed batter into it, and add some dried blueberries to neutralize the texture.
6.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle layer, bake for 30 minutes, let cool and ready to eat.
