Quinoa Cake

Mix whole wheat flour with appropriate amount of sugar, warm water and open yeast, add it to the flour in portions, knead the dough to proof.

Add the pre-cooked quinoa to the dough and knead it well, and proof again.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and ventilate and divide, and roll it into a cake.
