Roasted Taro

Dice green onion, diced taro, heat oil, add green onion and stir fry

Fry the green onion until slightly charred, pour in the taro

Stir fry the taro evenly

Sprinkle with sugar

Stir the sugar and taro evenly

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and mix until the sugar is completely melted

Cover and simmer until the water is almost dry

Use chopsticks to poke the taro. When the water is cooked, you can start the pot. You have to keep it warm, otherwise it will be easy to condense.
Tips:
Baked taro is very sweet, not sweet, so it is not recommended to stir-fry with reduced sugar. It is easy to stick to the pot, so be careful to watch the fire. I just changed my horse and tried it out. It doesn't touch at all. It's so easy to use.
