Steamed Pork Ribs with Lotus Spice Powder
1.
One lotus leaf, soak it in warm water first, and gently brush it to squeeze the water away and set aside
2.
Chop ribs, cut large taro, cut ginger into pieces, and put them in a large bowl. If the steamed meat powder you bought is salty, sprinkle it with cooking wine, add some sugar and marinate for 10 minutes. If the steamed meat powder is light, add some salt to marinate.
3.
Pour in steamed meat powder and some salad oil (usually sold in supermarkets) and mix well
4.
Take a large round concave bowl, open the lotus leaf and put it in, and then put the marinated ingredients into the lotus leaf
5.
Wrap the lotus leaves in the middle, put on the pot and steam for more than 45 minutes
6.
When the time is up, open the lotus leaves and sprinkle the chopped green onions on the table, how about it is easy?
Tips:
There is no need to drain the water to wash the ribs, because the steamed meat powder is more draught, you can add an appropriate amount of water and mix well.
