1. Wash the apples and peel them.
2. Wash the pears and peel them.
3. Cut the apples and pears into small pieces like orange petals.
4. Put the apples and pear cubes into a heat-resistant bowl.
5. Pour rock candy evenly on top of the bowl.
6. Enlarge the bowl in a steamer, steam for 15 minutes, take it out to cool and serve. So refreshing, like canned food.
