Rock Sugar Bayberry Juice
1.
Prepare bayberry and yellow rock candy. My bayberry is picked from the wild bayberry tree in the community. It is still a little bit undercooked, but it won’t affect if it is cooked.
2.
Soak the bayberry in brine for 15 minutes.
3.
Rinse with clean water and drain the water.
4.
Put bayberry in a casserole, add enough water, boil on high heat, change to low heat, and add appropriate amount of yellow rock sugar.
5.
After the water boils, skim the foam.
6.
Simmer for seven or eight minutes on low heat.
7.
Let it cool before eating, and the flavor will be better after refrigeration.
