Rock Sugar Wolfberry Tremella

Prepare white fungus, rock sugar, and wolfberry.

Soak the white fungus in advance; wash and tear small flowers for later use.

Wash the medlar and soak in cold water for a while.

Put the white fungus in a clay pot and add cold water; bring to a boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
5.
Pour the wolfberry and simmer for 10 minutes.
6.
Add rock sugar, cook for 5 minutes, simmer until saccharified.
7.
Put the stewed white fungus soup in a bowl and serve warm.
