Rose Apple Strudel

Pour water in a small pot, add sugar, vanilla to enhance the flavor, and lemon to prevent apple oxidation.

Core the apples and cut them into thin slices. The apple slices are boiled in a small pot of water. After the water is boiled, it will be about one minute.

Drain the apple slices after they are out of the pan, or use kitchen paper to soak up the water.

Take 30 grams of water for cooking the apples, add softened butter, add flour, and knead into a dough. After a period of time, you can knead it into a smooth dough.

Roll out the dough to be as thin as possible. If it is not easy to roll out, you can use oil paper or hand powder to help.

After rolling, cut into long strips, the length of each strip is about 10cm

Put the apple slices one by one on top of the dough

Roll up from one end and close the tail.

After all the flowers are made, one apple can make 8 to 10 flowers.

Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees. Put the flowers on, start baking, about 20 minutes later, brush with a splash of honey water. The baked flowers can be eaten!
Tips:
Tips ① Apple slices should be thin and even.
②The apple slices are just cooked soft, so there is no need to overcook them.
③It’s not a big problem if the last honey water is not brushed. The apples are not particularly sweet.
④ The temperature of the oven may be inaccurate, so the time is not fixed, it depends on your own oven.
