Rose Candy
1.
Edible roses remove the stamen and calyx, leaving the petals.
2.
The petals do not need to be washed, just dry them in a well-ventilated place, and do not get wet. Then chop them up and put them in the cooking box.
3.
Chop the brown sugar and put it on top. The brown sugar must be chopped up, I really can't cut it this time, it's not very chopped, it's fine.
4.
Put the rose flower and brown sugar in a ratio of 1:1, and then stir evenly.
5.
Put it in a clean glass bottle and press tightly.
6.
Because the method is simple, so the frequency steps are basically the same, this is the finished picture.
Tips:
1. It is best to use dark glass bottles for glass bottles. Put the rose sugar in the dark glass bottles and put them in a ventilated place with no light. You don't need to put them in the refrigerator because they need fermentation;
2. The rose petals are best not wet, so don't rinse them with water.
