Rose Chocolate
1.
Use the dry grinding function of the food processor to break the roses into fine pieces
2.
Almonds are also broken into small pieces
3.
The chocolate melts in water. (The melting point of chocolate is about 40 degrees, so I use the lowest fire, and add a lid on it when it melts. If there is too much water vapor, it will affect the final shape of the chocolate)
4.
Do not take out the melted chocolate paste in a hot water pot. (Because the weather is cold, the chocolate is easy to solidify if the action is slow, so there is no need to worry)
5.
Pour in the crushed roses and mix well
6.
Pour in the chopped almonds and mix well
7.
Mix the chocolate paste, fill the mold, and set it up
