Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sift the high and low powder, baking soda, baking powder and fine salt, set aside

Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and beat until it expands and becomes lighter in color. Add 1 egg and mix well

Add another egg, mix well; add vanilla essence and vanilla seeds, mix well
4.
Add the dry powder mixture in step 1, cut and mix evenly, do not over-mix to avoid gluten
5.
Add the chocolate, stir well, don't crush the chocolate chips or lumps too much
