Rose Ice Powder

Take off the hat and leave the petals of the rose

Prepare a bag of ice powder (bought in the supermarket here). Take 1500 grams of boiling water and put it in the basin, according to the indicated proportions.

Brew the rose petals with boiling water

Use a colander to scoop the petals into the pot,

Into ice powder

After stirring evenly with chopsticks quickly, place it to cool, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Make brown sugar with boiling water, turn it into brown sugar water, put it in the refrigerator,

The roasted peanuts are peeled and broken, (the method of roasted peanuts is included in my recipe)

Take out the frozen ice powder and use a knife to cut into small four squares

Scoop into a bowl, drizzle with brown sugar water, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, (what else can you add raisins, chopped walnuts... smoothies, etc.)

Tips:
It's only delicious after it's iced. It's better with brown sugar
