Rose Pine Nut Yam Cake

The yam is cut into small pieces and steamed in the basket

Peel the yam skin clean

Put the yam in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to roll it into yam mud

Put the rolled yam mud into a basin

Add in caster sugar and mix well

Add some cornstarch to a small bowl and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes

Take a small bowl and add homemade rose jam

Add roasted pine nuts

Add 10 g cornstarch

This is the prepared material

Take the right amount of yam mud

After squashing, put on rose pine nut filling

Close gently

Mooncake molds sprinkled with cooked cornstarch

Put the yam cake in the mold

The yam cake is finished. Mine is a 50g moon cake mold. I made 7 altogether.
