Rose Rice Cake

Water-milled glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour and powdered sugar are mixed evenly

Add corn oil and water

Knead into small pieces

Sieve once

Pour half of the rice noodles into a 6-inch mold, do not compact it, smooth it lightly and steam it in a steamer on high heat for 5 minutes

Take out the rice cake and spread a layer of rose filling

Pour in the remaining rice noodles and gently smooth

Place the pitted red dates, black sesame seeds, dried cranberries and raisins, sprinkle some water on the surface

Put the mold back into the steamer, cover with a piece of gauze to prevent dripping, and continue steaming on high heat for about 25 minutes.
