Rose Tremella Soup

Soak the dried white fungus in warm water, wash and cut small pieces.

Put the white fungus into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil.

Add rock sugar. I don't like the taste of brown sugar too strong, so I used half of rock sugar instead.

Add brown sugar and continue to cook for a few hours until the white fungus softens.
5.
During the cooking of the white fungus, remove the core and pedicles of the dried rose.
6.
Add dried roses and continue to cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.
