Rose Vinegar

Preparation materials: glass bottles, dried roses, yellow rock sugar, rice vinegar.

Sterilize the glass bottle.

After the water is boiled, put the bottle caps into the water for disinfection.

Pluck the petals of the rose and set aside.

The stamens can be used to make tea without throwing them away.

Take five grams of rose petals (I prepared three bottles, one bottle has five grams of petals.)

Each glass bottle contains two hundred grams of yellow rock sugar.

Top up with rice vinegar.
9.
Screw the glass cover upside down.
10.
Put it in the refrigerator and wait for a week before eating.
11.
You can drink it in a week.
Tips:
You don't need to remove the stamens.
Glass bottles must be sterilized.
Put the glass bottle upside down to prevent air from entering.
