Roselle Soy Milk
1.
Appropriate amount of soybeans. My bowl is the size of a regular bowl. Because I like to drink thick soy milk, I put too much.
2.
Start at night and soak until the next day.
3.
Take three Roselle flower buds and soak them (you can put a few more) in a hurry, so I put in the soymilk machine before the soaking.
4.
Put the soybean buds into the soybean milk machine, cover the machine head, and press the wet bean button.
5.
The soy milk is ready, put a proper amount of sugar, I put it up and take it back to the company to drink. I didn’t take the picture of filtering soy milk in the morning. Before making this soy milk, I thought it would be light red and reddish, but after it came out, it was white soy milk with a very refreshing flavour and delicious.
Tips:
Soak the soybeans for a few hours in advance, so that the soaking is soft and does not damage the machine head.
