Rosemary Custard Scallops

Beat the eggs and add water to make a water-egg liquid.

Finely chop rosemary and add a pinch of salt to the water-egg mixture and mix thoroughly, then add a teaspoon of melted butter.

Pour into a small square bowl.

Put it in a steamer and steam it over low heat

Heat a pan, add a small piece of butter to melt.

Add garlic slices and rosemary and fry.

Add a little salt and starch to the fresh shellfish in advance, so that the fried shellfish will be very tender. Put the fresh scallops into both sides and fry them.
8.
Put the fried fresh scallops on the lacing egg.
