Safflower Honey Winter Melon

Peel and wash the wax gourd, dig into a ball with a ball digger, boil it in boiling water until it is dead, remove and drain.

Soak the saffron in warm water, wash and set aside

Bring the pot to the fire, add the clear soup, fresh orange juice, white sugar, white vinegar, and winter melon balls to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer until the soup thickens, add the saffron and stir-fry evenly
