hi, how are you guys? I am Ying Han.
It's the season to eat lychees again. I don't know what kind of drinks or foods you would use lychees for besides keeping yourselves and eating lychees? Let me share with you two of my favorite lychee drinks, each one is really delicious, it's definitely worth a try

Ingredients

Sakura Lychee Soda & Lychee Martini

1. This sakura lychee soda water is really a super girl's heart. It is beautiful and not undesirable. Take a sip with the special aroma and salty taste of salted cherry blossoms, mixed with the sweetness of lychee, and the aroma bursts in the mouth along with the sparkling water Don't feel too wonderful. This salty-sweet sparkling water with a slightly salty taste can replenish electrolytes lost due to sweating in the summer. It is definitely a refreshing and delicious drink.

2. First put in three peeled and cored fresh lychees, crush them with a spoon to squeeze out the juice

3. Then put in 5 fresh lychees peeled and pitted

4. Put in the salted cherry blossoms soaked in warm water in advance, because the salted cherry blossoms are very salty, so you can soak several times in water.

5. Add some ice cubes

6. Pour in sparkling water

7. Add an appropriate amount of syrup (if there is no syrup at home, use white sugar to warm water in advance and add sugar water)

8. Stir all the flavors and mix well

9. Super beautiful, super delicious, super girly cherry and lychee soda is complete

10. I always order this glass every time I drink a cocktail outside, but...not all the lychee martinis made in all places are delicious. There are many places where the wine tastes strong and sour, and the lychee tastes very weak, so I According to my own preferences, I researched the taste of the best drink in my memory at home. If you also like sweeter cocktails, this one will definitely capture your taste buds.

11. Two glasses of white vermicelli (martini white vermicelli)

12. A glass of lychee wine (tita lychee-flavored liqueur)

13. Add a small amount of syrup to increase sweetness

14. Fresh lemon juice to taste

15. Add the juice from two pieces of fresh lychee (you can also use canned lychee syrup instead of fresh lychee juice, but take advantage of the summer lychee season, and wait until there is no lychee in the lychee season before using canned lychee)

16. Add some ice cubes

17. Cover the shaker, press and shake the bottle cap quickly (no matter whether you shake the wine with one hand or two hands, remember to hold the bottle cap, don’t ask me why!)

18. Put two fresh lychees in a martini glass

19. Pour in the shaken wine

20. Add mint leaves to decorate (Of course you can skip this step if you don’t have one)

21. A cup is super delicious, it tastes sweet like a drink, I want to make a lychee martini one after another!
