Gently clamp the cherry blossoms with chopsticks and shake them slightly to let the cherry blossom petals float up. Put all the cherry blossoms in sequence and put them in the refrigerator again until the mirror solidifies.
12.
The mirror must be solidified before it can be demolded.
13.
When demoulding, blow the side with a hair dryer and gently demould, and the delicious cherry mousse is ready.
Tips:
When the cherry blossoms are soaking, change the water several times to wash off the salt.
When making a mirror, adjust the petals of the cherry blossoms to make them more natural.
