The cousin made a beautiful mousse with pickled cherry blossoms specially brought from Japan. "

Sakura Mousse

1. Soak the pickled cherry blossoms in advance and change the water several times.

2. Add the minced Oreos to the melted butter and mix well.

3. Put it in a mold and compact it and store it in a refrigerator.

4. Soak the gelatine until soft, add a few drops of lemon juice, melt in water, and set aside.

5. Add gelatine to milk.

6. Add yogurt and mix well.

7. Add white sugar to the whipped cream and beat until coarse grains are reached.

8. Mix milk yogurt gelatin liquid with light cream and mix well.

9. Take out the iced Oreo bottom, pour in the cream gelatin liquid gently, smooth the surface, and refrigerate for five hours.

10. Use the gelatin liquid left over from the bowl just now and add a little bit of cold white boil.

11. Gently clamp the cherry blossoms with chopsticks and shake them slightly to let the cherry blossom petals float up. Put all the cherry blossoms in sequence and put them in the refrigerator again until the mirror solidifies.

12. The mirror must be solidified before it can be demolded.

13. When demoulding, blow the side with a hair dryer and gently demould, and the delicious cherry mousse is ready.

Tips:

When the cherry blossoms are soaking, change the water several times to wash off the salt.
When making a mirror, adjust the petals of the cherry blossoms to make them more natural.
