I bought a box of salmon bones that day, but I didn’t expect that there was still a salmon skin underneath, ha ha!
I have made a lot of salmon bones, and the fish skin hasn’t been processed yet!
In the evening, a friend came over for dinner. He had to drink a little wine. Yes, let’s go to the bar with salt and pepper!
To be honest, I personally think it’s a bit oily, but my friends say it’s a bit like eating lard residue, which is more fragrant, haha! "

Salt and Pepper Salmon Skin

1. Rinse the salmon skin a little, dry it with water; cut into an appropriate size, sprinkle a little pepper and a little salt, and add cornstarch and mix well;

2. Heat oil in a small pot, put the fish skin in the pot, and fry slowly over medium and small heat;

3. Fry the fragrant one side and then turn it over and fry the other side;

4. Use kitchen paper to absorb the oil on the fried salmon skin;

5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, sauté the white sesame seeds until fragrant! Take it when you can eat it!

Tips:

Later, I found that the salt and pepper and white sesame are a little bit sticky, maybe it will be more delicious when fried together! Try it next time! By the way, it's delicious with a little cumin powder or a little ketchup. It's not greasy!
