Salt and Pepper Shredded Beans

I bought the finished dried bean curd.

Heat the oil in the pot, put one in to test the oil temperature.

Grab a handful and put it in the oil pan and turn to medium-low heat.

Use a slotted spoon to heat the grill evenly.
5.
Fry until it rises to golden color.
6.
Remove the drain oil.
7.
Pour it into a basin and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper powder to shake it a few times.
8.
It's a big bean curd.
9.
It looks very crisp.
