Cucumber Mixed with Bean Curd

This is the dried bean curd I bought.

Soak the bean curd in cold water.

Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute.

After blanching the blanched tofu skin, drain off the water after passing it in cold water, and cut it into filaments with a knife.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips.

Mix bean hulls and cucumber shreds, add crushed peanuts, black sesame oil, sesame oil, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and vinegar and mix well.
