Salt and Pepper Shrimp Mushroom

Wash the shrimp mushrooms and set aside

Put an appropriate amount of material oil after heating the pan

After the oil is 70% hot, put the prawn mushrooms in the pan and fry slowly on low heat. When frying, use a spatula to flatten the prawn mushrooms for easy arranging.
