Salted Chicken Daylily Casserole

Prepare the ingredients, dry day lily and half salted chicken.

Cut the salted chicken into chunks and soak the daylily in water to soften it.

Pass the cut salted chicken over water.

Heat oil in a wok, dry red pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté pan.
5.
Add the hot chicken nuggets and stir fry with a little cooking wine.
6.
Add ginger, and boil without chicken nuggets.
7.
Cook for about 30 minutes until the chicken pieces are cooked and the soup turns white.
8.
Pour the soaked day lily into the pot.
9.
After cooking, add green onion, garlic and salt to taste.
